1. Order Confirmation

Your order will be confirmed via SMS or WhatsApp after checkout. Orders without confirmation may be cancelled automatically.

2. Payment Method

Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide. For some products, advance payment may be required.

3. Shipping Options

Regular Shipping: Free delivery in 3–6 working days. Fast Shipping: delivered in 2–3 working days.

4. Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate address. Wrong or incomplete address can cause delivery delays.

5. Change or Cancel Order

You can change/cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

6. Return & Exchange

Only defected or wrong items are eligible for return/exchange. Unboxing video is required for claims.

Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if the product is out of stock or a claim is approved.
